Ricardo Hueso Alonso

Welcome to my Web page and thanks for visiting. I am a lecturer at the University of the Basque Country. I am part of the Planetary Atmospheres Group at the Bilbao School of Engeneers. I also work in collaboration with the Aula Espazio Gela.

My scientific work is in the field of planetary atmospheres: Giant Planets atmospheres, Venus and Titan. I'm also interested in the formation of the Solar System and other protoplanetary disks, a research line begun over my post-doc at the Observatoire de la Cote d'Azur in Nice. Previously to my current position I have enjoyed 4 years of Ramón y Cajal contract for research at my current institution.

My teaching is related with general physics for engeneers and space sciences covering topics from solar system astronomy to Earth and astronomical image processing techniques.
