MEETING SITE INFORMATION
Meeting will be held in the Bilbao School of Engineering ("Escuela Superior de Ingenieros"). Please refer to the map to find its location in Bilbao (red circle). This part of the city is undergoing an intense time of public works (and that includes the School itself).
Meeting room is the so-called "TV Room", in the 1st floor of the E Building. This room has a PC with MS Office and an overhead projector. Picture on the right shows how to get to the meeting room. Use the Luis Briņas street access to the School. Cross under building G and use building A stairs to go to the first floor. At this point, you will easily find the TV room. Coffee breaks will take place close to the meeting room.
